Impeachment-weary Americans took a brief respite from politics on Sunday to enjoy Super Bowl LIV, in which the Kansas City Chiefs bested the San Francisco 49ers, 31-20.
The winning team is based in Kansas City, Missouri, so there was no small amount of consternation when word got around that President Donald Trump had tweeted a congratulatory note to the Chiefs and “the great state of Kansas.”
