A powerful former DOJ attorney says that he has clear cut evidence that, in his opinion, should lead to Obama’s deportation.
What do you think about his findings?
Origins: The item cited above is the latest political publicity stunt from Larry Klayman, a “legal activist” who has targeted a number of public figures for legal action over the years (including President Barack Obama, former Vice President Dick Cheney, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, and
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg), and whose “obnoxious behavior” has caused him to be barred from multiple courtrooms for life. In yet another self-serving, paid press release, Klayman announced his filing of a “deportation petition” in an effort to “begin the process of removing” President Barack Obama not only from the Oval Office but from the United States entirely. Documents of unspecified legal classification were sent by Klayman to Thomas Homan (Enforcement Removal Operations in the Department of Homeland Security), Thomas Winkowksi (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), and Sarah Kendall (Office of Fraud Detection and National Security, DHS).
In his petition, Klayman argued that there was “prima facie” evidence President Obama falsified documentation to qualify for American citizenship:
It is clear, based on a mountain of evidence as set forth in and attached to the petition, that the President and his agents have falsified documents, such as his birth certificate and social security number, to qualify for the privileges of American citizenship such that his citizenship, which is based on false pretenses, must be nullified. As set forth in the petition, this includes but is not limited to the fraudulent production of a computer generated facsimile of an official state of Hawaiian birth certificate. Even if a legitimate birth certificate exists, Obama’s repeated use of a clearly forged birth certificate is still a crime and in violation of the law.
While this deportation proceeding may seem to some to be the work of conservatives who are out to get the President, this is not the case. Barack Obama’s propensity to not tell the truth is now well known, even among his leftist supporters. And, his actions while President belie someone whose actions show that he feels more kinship with his foreign roots and Muslim religious schooling and heritage, than the Judeo-Christian principles upon which this nation was founded. I thus urge everyone to read and digest this petition to have him deported and remove him from the United States, before dismissing it.
Like his other petitions and “indictments,” Klayman’s documents have no force of law and compel no government action; they’re simply self-published expressions of his political viewpoint. Moreover, this petition is nothing more than a rehash of misinformation that has long since been debunked here (and elsewhere), such as the erroneous notion Barack Obama does not qualify as a natural born citizen because his mother was too young at the time of his birth, and old conspiracy theories about the supposedly falsified nature of Barack Obama’s birth certificate and Social Security number.
