Aleksandra Wrona joined Snopes in May 2023. Previously, she worked in the Department of Counteracting Disinformation at NASK, a national research institute in Poland. She is co-founder and vice president of the Pravda Association, one of the first fact-checking organizations in Poland and a member of the International Fact-Checking Network. She has experience managing multiple social media accounts, conducting media literacy projects, and investigating disinformation campaigns.
