SAN BRUNO, Calif. (AP) — YouTube has tightened its restrictions on firearms videos. The video-serving network owned by Google is banning videos that provide instructions on how to make a firearm, ammunition, high-capacity magazines, and accessories such as bump stocks and silencers.
