  • A few years ago Barbados was buzzing, really buzzing with talk about something called "the list." Apparently, according to the widespread rumour, an AIDS victim had died in hospital, but before crossing the river Styx to the world beyond, he had written down a list of names, the names of all the people with whom he had had sexual contact and who, more than likely, were infected with the deadly disease as a result.
